While mapping out Issue 2, we noticed a common thread that came from each of our featured artist’s submissions: a deliberateness to their approach, and the originality of the film that resulted from it. 

That’s why we knew Castillo Holliday’s film from this wedding needed to be featured. We loved hearing how much thought Dominique puts into her process, especially when it came to carefully curated gear choices and film stocks. The beauty of her team’s final gallery is no accident. We discussed how to prepare for the unpredictability of film and the artistic dynamics of the team mind.
